Laundry buildings, now pair of cottages. c1900, but possibly
incorporating earlier buildings. By Richard Harding Watt.
Painted brick with slate roof. One-and-a-half storeyed,
5-window range with entrances in projecting wings to rear.
Paired round-arched windows on each floor, the upper windows
in gabled dormers. Balconies run between the wings in the rear
elevation.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for group value as part of a remarkable development
in Free Style built under the patronage of Richard Harding
Watt.
