Terrace of 7 houses. c1850-60. Random rubble with slate roofs,
and slate hung gable to No.7.
EXTERIOR AND PLAN: 2 storeys, 7-window range comprising No.7
single unit, double pile plan dwellings. Built in 2 phases,
stepped in height to accommodate to the sloping ground.
Windows renewed in original openings with wedge lintels, and
doors in plain architraves. End wall stacks. Integral stone
walls enclose yards to rear of terrace.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The terrace forms part of the planned industrial community of
Eagley Bank, developed in association with the Chadwick's
Eagley Mills (Park Row and Playfair Street, qv).
