Terrace of 10 houses. c1830-40. Coursed and squared watershot
stone with slate roofs.
EXTERIOR AND PLAN: 2 storey, 20-window range comprising 10
single unit, double pile plan dwellings. Round-arched
architraves with keystone to doorways with plain fanlights.
Some sash windows survive, although most windows have been
renewed in original openings with wedge lintels. End wall
stacks, set forward of ridge line in front and rear roof
slopes.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The terrace forms part of the planned industrial community of
Eagley Bank, developed in association with the Chadwick's
Eagley Mills (Park Row and Playfair Street, qv).
