House, Late C18, with C19 alterations. Remodelled and
refurbished late C20. Painted roughcast, below a Welsh slated
roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 bays, 2 storeys with attics, the left-hand bay
partially encased by adjoining property. Plan central doorway
with half-glazed C20 door. To right, wide glazing bar sash 12
over 12 panes below first-floor 10 over 10 pane window.
Right-hand first-floor bay has 2-light casement. Roof with 2
wedge dormers, incorporating 2-light casements, each light of
6 panes. Roof slope sub-divided by intermediate copings, with
coped gable to left. Large late C20 conservatory to garden
elevation.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms an important group with Pengwern (qv) to right.
