House now offices. Mid-late C18 with later alterations. Red
brick in Flemish bond painted below lower sill-band.
Welsh-slate roof with painted moulded eaves cornice and brick
end-stack on left.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window range with gabled rear wing.
Sill-bands. Windows are boxed sashes, of 6/6 panes to 1st
floor, smaller and of 3/6 panes above, all with painted
channelled voussoirs and keystones. Ground floor to left,
canted bay-window with 3-pane plate-glazing to each light and
pitched leaded roof. On right, entrance has Classical
architrave with pilasters, Corinthian capitals, paterae, and
open pediment; Y-traceried fanlight; panelled reveal; 6-panel
door; and 4 renewed stone steps with wrought-iron handrail on
right.
