House now shop, offices and stores. Second half C18, altered
C19 and C20. Red brick in Flemish bond, the ground floor
having rusticated stucco. Hipped tiled roof concealed by high
brick parapet with stone coping and deep moulded eaves
cornice.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. 5-window range, on 1st floor of 6/6
sashes with painted channelled voussoirs, keystones and sills;
on 2nd floor of similar smaller 3/6 sashes. Ground floor has 2
remodelled C20 plate glass bay shop-windows, that on left with
recessed entrance; blocked central doorway with moulded
architrave, channelled stucco reveal, pilasters,
console-bracketed cornice, and stone step; vestigial moulded
frieze and end pilasters across frontage. Moulded plinth.
