House and shop. Second half C18, remodelled C19 and C20. Red
brick in mixed bond. Hipped renewed plain tile roof with
moulded eaves cornice and brick stack at rear.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 bays. Moulded eaves band. 2nd floor has
three horned 2/2 boxed sashes. 1st floor, on left, has canted
bay window with 4/4:6/6:4/4 sashes, pitched lead roof, and
enriched cornice; to right, a 6/6 boxed sash under gauged
brick flat arch. Ground floor has deep fascia board; C20 plate
glass shop front with central door; and entrance at right end
with fluted wooden pilasters, console capitals, Gothick
traceried fanlight, panelled reveal, and 6-panel door.
