House. Mid-late C18. Of painted brick in Flemish bond. Plain
tile roof with two hipped-roofed dormers, cogged brick eaves,
and tall central rendered ridge stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic and cellar. 3-window range of
one narrow 4/4 sash and one 2-light window of 6/6 sashes, both
with gauged brick flat arches and, on right, shallow canted
two-storey bay-window with pitched roof, moulded cornice,
plate glass sashes, projecting sills and brick aprons.
Ground floor has further similar single-storey canted
bay-window near centre and, on left, 6-panel door in classical
doorcase with 3/4 Doric columns on plinths, entablature with
triglyph frieze, and pediment; 2 stone steps with nosings.
