House. Late C18/early C19, altered. Red brick in Flemish bond.
Plain tile roof with modillion eaves cornice and 2 brick end
stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar. 3-window range, on 1st floor
of horned 6/6 sashes with painted channelled voussoirs,
keystones, and projecting sills. Similar unhorned 3/6 sashes
above.
Ground floor: 2 added canted bay-windows with pitched leaded
roofs and 4/4:6/6:4/4 sashes; central rendered doorcase with
3/4 Tuscan columns, entablature with blocking course, fanlight
with radial glazing bars, part-glazed panelled door with
margin lights, and 2 stone steps, one nosed; painted brick
plinth.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: formerly owned by the Perrott family, and
once used as basket-making premises.
