Town house. Late C18 with C20 rendered detail at the front.
Render on probable rubble; asbestos slate roof with
modillioned and dentilled eaves cornice; slatehanging at rear;
brick end stacks. Overall U-shaped plan including rear wings
at right angles.
2 storeys; 4-window range. Late C19 or C20 horned sashes
without glazing bars within rendered eared architraves with
keyblocks, tripartite windows to wider ground-floor openings.
Late C19 pilastered doorway left of centre with moulded hood
on consoles; overlight and 6-panel door. Rear has good
Venetian window with pilasters and keyblock to round-arched
central light.
INTERIOR: not inspected but former list description notes C18
staircase with turned balusters, square newel and moulded
handrail, and there may be other original features of
interest.
