Town house. C18, refronted mid C19. Render on probable rubble;
asbestos slate roof; 2 raking roof dormers with C20 12-pane
2-light casements; outbuilt breast of former end stack on the
left. Originally single-depth plan now 2 rooms deep with
probably 2 front rooms flanking a central entrance hall.
2 storeys plus attic; symmetrical 2-window front. Late C19
4-pane horned sashes to 1st floor; C20 bowed windows with
glazing bars below. Central doorway with late C19 moulded hood
on consoles and C20 planked door.
INTERIOR: not inspected but may retain original features of
interest.
