Attached house. Late C18 with early C19 refronting. Stucco
with ashlar parapet and copings, mansard double-span pantile
roof and gable end brick and stone stacks.
STYLE: Late Georgian.
PLAN: double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey and attic; 3-window range. Symmetrical
south front with central ashlar porch with cornice and
blocking course, plain doorway to recessed 6-panel door with
glazed top panels; cornice, blind parapet and shallow mansard
to road. All windows are 16-pane sashes in plain reveals with
sills, except centre first-floor which is blind and painted in
imitation; 3 flat-headed roof dormers with paired casements on
first mansard slope, partly obscured by parapet.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The building has group value with Nos 26 and 28 (qqv).
