Villa. Early C19, remodelled and extended 1948. Whole flints
with gault brick dressings; slate hipped roof with two brick
stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 4-bay front, with 2-storey 1-bay extension
to left: outer bays to original front are full-height
segmental bows. Ground floor openings to original front are
French windows with glazing bars, those in centre
replacements. On first floor, two similar windows open on to
wrought-iron balcony supported on open trellis piers. To right
and left are 6/6 unhorned sash windows. Extension bay has
casements to each floor.
INTERIOR: replacement staircase with twisted and turned
balusters.
