House, now house and flat. Mid C19, extended in late C19;
subdivided in mid C20. Whitewashed brick with pantile roofs;
shaped timber bargeboards to gables.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; original build 3 unequal gabled bays,
extension to right is single taller gabled bay. Original build
has half-glazed door under segmental arch in centre. One 0/0
horned sash to right with margin glazing, one C20 top-hung
casement left, also with margin glazing, both under segmental
heads. Door to left to Iona Flat, and C20 passageway door left
of this. First floor has three 0/0 horned sashes with margin
glazing under segmental heads. Extension has half-glazed door
with margin lights under segmental arch. One segment-headed
0/0 horned sash above with margin glazing.
