House in row, now offices. Early/mid C19, modified in C20.
Rendered and colourwashed over rubble, Welsh slate roof
between abutments, no stack visible.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic, 2 bays. Plinth, plain sashes
in plain openings, with 6-panel door with rectangular
transom-light in plain opening left of centre in bay 1. C20
flat-roofed dormers with casement windows and lead checks.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Although altered in C20, there is sufficient C19 fabric to
merit its significance for townscape value.
