Large house in row, now sub-divided. c1820, refronted late
C19. Rendered over rubble, Welsh slate roof between coped
gables, rendered brick chimney stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attics, 4 bays. Plinth pilaster
strips to ends, cornice with secret gutter, plain sash windows
to bays 1 and 2, and angled bay windows with plain sashes to
bays 3 and 4, set at a lower level to accommodate slope of
hill, with flat roofs over cornice mouldings. Doorway in the
centre of window unit of bay 3, a 6-panel C20 door, set inside
pilasters, cornice and hood; a second door between bays 3 and
4, also a C20 six-panel door, set under a rectangular transom-
light with ornamental leading, with matching hood over. C19
cast-iron footscrapers to right of each doorway. 2 hipped roof
dormer windows in roof.
