Row house with shop. Early to mid C19. Painted ashlar, gabled
pantiled roof behind parapet. Brick chimney stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, single bay. Mid C20 shop front with deep
C19 raking consoles, tripartite 3:9:3-pane sashes with console
brackets to heads of mullions to first and second floors;
these windows set in a recessed panel with arched head and to
panelled pilasters. There is a heavy articulated mid string,
moulded cornice, blocking-course and concrete slab parapet.
Stack to the right. The rear has a low-pitched roof, and
includes a 12-pane and a 16-pane sash in the rendered wall.
Flat-roofed extension.
INTERIOR: has been considerably modified in the C20, and
original features are not visible.
