House with shop. Mid C19. Ashlar stonework colourwashed, roof
not visible behind parapet.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, single bay. Pilaster to left hand side
only. Mid C20 shop front across ground floor, with recessed
doorway to left, and deep fascia, above, 8-pane sash window in
plain surrounds to first and second floors, cornice with
shallow parapet.
INTERIOR: the ground floor modified to form shop, staircase
and partitions to first floor remains but doors removed, no
obvious survivals on second floor. Internally altered, but
this mid C19 facade has important townscape value.
