Former house, now offices at end of row. C19 facade, possibly
earlier core. Rendered with fake ashlar jointing,
colourwashed, double hipped Welsh slate roof with ridges at
right angles to the street, brick chimney stack. Double-depth
plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 2 bays. Sash windows of 12-panes in plain
openings, and between bays a 4-panel door with 3-pane
rectangular fanlight, also in a plain opening. Small lean-to
building against the otherwise plain south gable.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
