colourwashed, with stone dressings, rubble to wings, triple
roll clay tiles with coped gable to west, brick chimney stack.
A double depth front block with 2 gabled rear wings.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 4 bays. Plinth, plain pilaster at ends,
cornice, plain parapet. Lower bay 4 has a canted bay window
with plain sashes under lead bell-hip roof, otherwise there
are plain late C20 plastic sash windows in plain openings.
Entrance in bay 3, with 6-panel door with rectangular
fanlight, with doorcase having Doric pilasters, shallow
entablature and moulded flat hood. There is a considerable
amount (c 1m) of plain walling above the first-floor windows.
The rear wings have steep pitched roofs, and late C20
