Former pair of houses, now offices. Early/mid C19, apparently
incorporating earlier work. Rendered and colourwashed, plain
clay tiled roof with ornamental clay tiled ridge and plain
gables, brick chimney stacks, including front lateral stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attics, 3 bays, of which bay 3 is a
slightly projecting gable. Plinth, and pilaster strips. Bay 1
has 16-pane sash windows in moulded architraves, as does upper
bay 3, upper bay 2 has a double C18 12-pane sash window with
very thick glazing bars in similar architrave, and lower bay 3
has a 3-light chamfer mullioned window with ogee-arched
lights, also set in architrave. Entrance in lower bay 2, with
a pair of Regency pattern doors with a 5-pane rectangular
fanlight set in a plain architrave, with moulded stone hoods
on 3 shallow brackets extending over both doorways. Small
pitched-roof dormer with 2-light small-pane casement window
over bay 1.
