with rebuilt brick end stack. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey with attic; 2-window range. Central
entrance with plank door; windows with C20 small-paned
casements; similar gabled dormers. 3-panel-high square
framing. Right return has attached single-storey C20 addition.
Rear has small windows and 2 gabled dormers.
