Cottage. C17, with later alterations and C20 extension on
left. Timber-frame with brick infill, dressed stone, and brick
extension; steeply pitched slate roof with brick lateral stack
to left end and right end stack. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey plus attic; 2-window range. Entrance
to left of centre has plank door and C20 rustic porch; similar
entrance to extension. Ground floor has window with C20
casement to left of entrance and a pair of windows to right; 2
C20 gabled dormers to right of centre. Square framing has some
stone infill to left end. Right return walls of dressed stone,
with small square window to light fireplace.
INTERIOR: not inspected, but noted as having beams and large
stone fireplace with timber bressumer to right end.
