Cottage. C17 with later addition. Timber-frame with painted
brick infill and plastered addition; half-hipped thatch roofs
with brick end stack. Single-unit plan with lower addition to
right; gable facing, front to right.
EXTERIOR: single storey plus attic; 2-window range. C20
entrance with canopy and small window to right; addition has
entrance with C20 door and window to left with 2-light C20
leaded casement; 2 raking roof dormers with C20 3-light leaded
casements. Stack to right end of original cottage. Rear has
C20 flat-roofed addition and 2 raking dormers.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
