Villa. c1834 with later additions and alterations including
extension to rear. Pinkish-brown brick with cement-tile roof,
cement render to front facade and cast-iron verandah.
2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First floor: 6/6 sashes with
sills and plain reveals. Ground floor: central entrance a
part-glazed door with margin lights, overlight, plain reveals.
Two tall 6/9 sashes in plain reveals. Hipped roof, tall end
stacks with cornices. Ground floor has continuous verandah
with scroll decoration to struts and frieze and glazed roof.
INTERIOR: marble fireplace to ground floor, right room. Forms
an architectural group with No.125 Radford Road and No.217
Leam Terrace (qqv).
