Villa, now flats. Mid C19 with later alterations.
Reddish-brown brick in Flemish bond with ashlar dressings and
Welsh slate roof. Jacobean style.
PLAN: irregular double-pile plan, higher range to right
projects, porch and left bay project.
2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows. Off-centre entrance a
part-glazed door with fanlight in round-arched surround with
impost band, projecting voussoir.
Windows, from left: round-arched light with apron and
keystone, impost band; 1/1 sash with quoined surround and
chamfered jambs; tall, narrow light with chamfered sill;
3-light casement 'mullion and transom' window with tooled and
quoined surround.
First floor: decorative sill band to left, round-arched light
with tooled surround and keystone; 1/1 sash with quoined and
chamfered surround; round-arched light with tooled surround
and keystone; to right projection a moulded continuous
sill-band, 3-light casement 'mullion and transom' window.
Stepped, tooled cornice, low parapet with copings, curvilinear
gable ends. Tall end and rear stacks. Roof has some fish-scale
tiles.
