Gardener's House. C18 with later alterations. Stucco scored as ashlar; Welsh slate roof; stucco stacks. 2 storeys, 3 x 2 bays. Plinth; platt band; eaves string below hollow-moulded cornice. Unhorned 12-pane sashes in reveals with projecting sills. Lateral stacks. Hipped roof. Entrance is on right side in leant-to against kitchen garden wall (qv) fronted by C20 porch.
Interior: panelled window shutters; simply-moulded fireplace surrounds with one surviving iron grate (on ground floor); splat balusters to stair; 2-panel 1st-floor doors with H-L hinges.
The house backs onto The Orangery (qv) and the kitchen garden walls (qv) extend from either side.
An unusually well-preserved C18 gardener's house.
