Early C19. A 2-storeyed symmetrical design, with a small later extension on the west
side; main (north) front of 3.2 windows. Hipped slate roof, the whole of the ridge
being occupied by a wide chimney of 9 pots, deeply-coved plaster eaves with lower
string moulding. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, red rubbed flat arches, stone
cills, plinth; the short side elevations are in yellow brick which form flush quoins on
the main face. Sashes of 25 panes, in reveals. Small doorway, with a solid frame,
½-glazed door, small lead-covered open pediment hood on carved brackets. Narrower east
elevation of 2 windows.
