House. Late C19; altered. White painted
roughcast on brick, slate roof. L-plan formed by small 2-unit
main range at right-angles to road with rear wing.
EXTERIOR: single storey; 2-window range. Prominent gabled
porch off set slightly right with C20 door and square C20
top-hung casement window in left side and similar window in
gable end; similar windows flanking the porch. Extruded and
tapered gable chimney to left. Rear wing has C20 doorway and
window.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with Nos 1-4 (qv), No.5 (qv) and Nos 6 & 6A (qv),
collectively forming a small square.
