Villa. 1842, altered. Painted scored stucco, slate roof.
"Regency" Tudor style. Double-depth double-fronted plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. Symmetrical. The ground
floor has a central doorway with a small Tudor-arched porch
and a 6-panel door with overlight of 3 Tudor-arched lights,
flanked by large canted bay windows with narrow Tudor-arched
lights and horizontal glazing bars. The first floor has
smaller 3-light windows in matching style, with hoodmoulds.
Roof with oversailing verges and gable chimneys.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with Nos 15 & 17 to the left (qv) and with Nos 23
& 25 to the right (qv).
