House. Probably late C18 or early C19, in 2 builds; altered,
and further late C20 alterations. Randomly scratched render
(replacing scored render) painted white; slate roof on 2
levels. Double-depth plan, 1:2 units.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. Single-window left
portion slightly higher. All the windows are late C20 3-light
casements with diamond-leaded glazing (those of the main range
replacing sliding sashes). C20 gabled porch covers the doorway
between the second and third windows. Chimneys at right-hand
gables of both portions.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with No.1 (qv), Nos 3 & 5 (qv) and No.7 (qv) on
the opposite side of the lane, and with Nos 4-14 (qv) facing
from the west.
