10 houses. c1845. Stucco (banded at ground floor) with cornice
and parapets.
Centre block (Nos 208 & 210), 4 storeys and basement; side
blocks (Nos 200-206 & 212-218), 3 storeys and basement. Main
part of each house has 1 main bay on ground and 1st floor, 2
windows on floors above; recessed outer 2- or 3-storey, 1-bay
entrance links. Doors recessed behind Doric-type porches with
dentil cornices supporting 1st-floor balustraded balconies.
Ground and 1st-floor windows tripartite casements, those on
ground-floor with pilasters and dentil corniced flat
entablature, those on 1st-floor with triangular pediments
connected by flat stucco band, some with balconies similar to
those above doors. Other windows sashes with glazing bars in
plain reveals. 3rd (attic) floor to centre block rises above
2nd-floor cornice. Each block has recessed panels on access at
upper floors.
