C18 2-storey, 3-window house with an added right bay, almost contemporary; and
a later C18 2-storey, 3-bay set back right extension in similar style, which is
No 18A. Red brick; tiled roofs with end chimneys. Sash windows, No 18A with
glazing bars, No 20 replaced 4-pane, in moulded wood architraves under flat gauged
brick arches. Moulded wood eaves cornices. No 18A has a C19 4-panel door with
tall oblong fanlight. No 20 has a sunk basement and 3 stone steps to 4-panel
door with patterned fanlight, pilasters and pediment.
Nos 18A, 20, 24, 26 including Coach-house, and 28 Upper West Street and Nos 24 and
24A West Street form a group.
