South lodge to complex of almshouses. 1839. By Henry Rose.
Stock brick with stucco cornice, blocking course and
dressings.
1 storey, 3 bays with pilasters of varying width supporting
narrow architrave; stucco frieze over pedimented centre.
Stucco architrave to central door with cornice head and oblong
fanlight with margin lights. Shouldered architraves to sash
windows with margin lights. Low plinth; chimney as acroterion.
