5 terraced houses. Early C19. Brick in Flemish bond with
stucco. Roofs of slate, behind parapets.
3 storeys over basement; 2 windows each. Ground floor is faced
with stucco treated as banded rustication. Upstairs to
entrance with fanlight, to the right a window with 6x6 sashes
of an original design; all ground-floor openings are
round-arched, the rest are flat-arched. All windows with
moulded architraves. Floor-to-ceiling 1st-floor windows with
6x9 sashes of original design; 2nd-floor windows with 6x6
sashes of original design, each with projecting sills.
Entablature to all; continuous joins. Stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Nos 7-11, 13-20 (consec), 33-42 (consec), 47 & 48 form a group
(qqv).
