GV II

Large house, now flats. Early C19, converted C20. Ashlar.
Low-pitched slate hipped roof, end stacks rear of ridge;
cornice and blocking course. First-floor band. 2 storeys, 7
bays. Sashes, 1st floor with glazing bars, very tall and with
plate glass to ground floor. Centre 1st-floor casement with
moulded shouldered architrave with cornice. Central entrance
with large porch with fluted Doric columns and square corner
piers supporting heavy entablature, glazed door with
side-lights.
