and the description shall be amended to read:

Attached farmhouses, 2 dwellings. Early C18, altered early C19.
Squared, coursed sandstone with pink sandstone dressings, c20
tiled roof. 2 storeys and attic; 2:3 bays with partial outshut
to rear right and additions to rear left. Large quoins. C20 doors
to bays 2 and 4 in quoined early C19 surrounds with plain
lintels. All front window openings have similar surrounds with
projecting sills: Ford Hall Farmhouse, on right, with 16 pane
sashes and 12 pane sash above door. Whilst Ford House Farmhouse
on left has C20 casements in same style. String course above 1st
floor; eaves band and cornice. Brick stacks to each end and on
ridge between bays 2 and 3.
Rear: outshut has 3 light mullion window. Main range with 2
mullioned windows each of 2 broad lights now bricked up. Left
return: 2 blocked window surrounds at mid-floor height, both of
C18 date and of 2 lights; short loading door to attic now a
window.
Interior (not fully inspected): arched fireplace and recesses to
ground floor on far right; also small, panelled wall cupboards
and transverse ceiling beams in same room.
