Two houses. Mid C18. Squared coursed limestone and ironstone with slate roofs. Each originally of two units. L-shape plan. Two storeys. Elevation to road of two-window range of C19 casements under wood lintels. Hipped and gabled roof with brick stacks at ridge and end. Rear elevation similar with casements under wood lintels. Two C19 plank doors at centre of each range are under wood lintels.

Interior not inspected but noted as having chamfered ceiling beams and open fireplace with bressumer.
