2 houses. Early and late C18, and with datestone 1880. No.20 is squared coursed
ironstone with limestone ashlar dressings and No. 18 is regular coursed
limestone, both with slate roofs. Each of 2-unit plans. 2 storeys. Together
comprising a 5-window range of casements. No.20 has ashlar lintels with
keyblocks linked by a string course and No.18 has wood lintels. C20 doors
between window, under similar lintels. Ashlar gable parapets and brick stacks at
ridge and end. Datestone above entrance to No.18 probably refers to raising of
roof. Gable to right has evidence of early C18 roofline. Interior not inspected.
