of farmbuildings

Smithy and cartsheds, part of (and originally integral with) planned farmbuilding
complex, 1825. Rubble with horizontally-tooled quoins and dressings; C20
asbestos roof. Plan: once the east range of the main farmbuilding group
(q.v.) now separated from it by demolition of north-east corner.
East side shows smithy at right end with boarded door and window; hipped roof
with banded smithy stack. West (inner) side shows 4-bay segmental arcade.
Interior: smithy retains old hearth and bellows.
