Farmhouse, now house. Early C18. Coursed limestone and ironstone rubble; gabled
concrete tile roof; stone ridge and end stacks with mid/late C19 brick flues.
3-unit lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. C18 flat brick
arch over C19 plank door. Stone steps rise to C18 plank door with strap hinges
to first-floor room on right (probable granary). Timber lintels over C19
two-light casement over door, small lights to left, and C20 casements. To rear
is similar lobby doorway and C18 two-storey wing with stone finished in brick
stack to left. Interior: stop-chamfered beams. Stop-chamfered bressumer over
central open fireplace.
