House. Early C19. Regularly coursed ashlar coal measures
sandstone with ashlar dressings, quoins, coped gables with
moulded kneelers, brick gable stacks, the one to the east end
reduced in height. Welsh slates. Two storeys, three bays, with
late C19 sashes with horns in flush stone surrounds. Central
doorway with moulded surround and open pediment and oval
fanlight with intersecting glazing bars. Three panelled door.
To the east side, a low boundary wall with moulded copings
surmounted by spear headed cast iron railings. Solid stone wall
with plain coping to front.
