House. Mid C19. Coursed squared coal measures sandstone with
ashlar dressings, coped gables with moulded kneelers, west brick
ridge stack and a Welsh slated roof. Two storeys, three bays,
with C20 casements in flush stone surrounds. Central door with
massive stone surround, and lintel with arched soffit. Six
panel door. Attached boundary wall with flat coping. Listed
for group value.
