Farmbuilding and attached wall and gateway approx.30m north-east of Burlton Hall

Farmbuilding and attached wall with gateway. Late C19, altered C20.
Red brick with slate roof to farmbuilding and sandstone coping to east
gable and wall. East gable of farmbuilding has 14 rows of pigeon nesting
holes and ledges with rectangular brick shaft supporting miniature gabled
dovecote above. This is corbelled, with toothed and dentilled bands
and graded slate roof. Wall attached at right-angles to north-east
has slightly projecting gateway with pointed arch and elaborately moulded
chimney-like piers with stone 'flues'. Contemporary nail-studded door.
