3/21 Knill Bridge Cottage
(north-east)

GV II

Estate cottage. Early to mid-C19, altered C20. Timber-framed with
herringbone brick nogging and Welsh slate roof. Two framed bays facing
north-west with gable-end stacks and central entrance. Single storey and
gable-lit attic; overhanging eaves to left bay, 2-light casement windows
flank central ledged door. This building forms a pair with a similar
cottage approximately 15 m south-west (qv Knill Bridge Cottage, south-west).
