3/20 Knill Bridge Cottage
(south-west)

GV II

Estate cottage. Early to mid-C19. Timber-framed with herringbone brick
nogging and Welsh slate roof. T-plan with central entrance to north-east
front and gable-end stack to south-east. Single storey and attic. Entrance
front: two gabled dormers with 2-light leaded casement windows. Central
gabled porch with ledged door flanked by 2-light part leaded casement windows.
The upper floor to the north-west gable end overhangs and is supported by
four struts. This building forms a pair with a similar cottage approximately
15 m north-east (qv Knill Bridge Cottage, north-east).
