Pair of houses, now house and shop. c1840, converted in early
C20, altered 1970s. Gault brick with hipped roof of
black-glazed pantiles and brick ridge stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey 3-window front. Ground floor with plate
glass shop display window to left under deep fascia board
which extends across doorway, formerly with stuccoed round
arch, and altered window to centre of elevation. Second
doorway under stuccoed round arch now with inserted 6/0 sash.
Original 6/0 sash to extreme right, under stuccoed skewback
arch. Three first-floor 3/6 unhorned sashes. Three
second-floor 6-pane centre-hung windows, that to left blind.
Left return: plate glass display window to ground floor, one
C20 casement to first floor and one 6-pane centre-hung window
to top floor.
INTERIOR: little of architectural interest.
