Detached cottage. Mid C17, altered C20. Square-panelled timber-
frame, part rebuilt in brick, thatched roof with brick stacks.
Two-storey, 3-window west front. Glazed C20 door to left of
centre with C20 two-light casement either side and two 2-light
casements to right. First floor has two C20 casements and 3-light
casement to timber-framed gable to right. C20 two-storey
extension to left. Rear has C20 porch with glazed door and 2-
light casement to left. First floor has four 2-light casements,
one with leaded lights. Lean-to extension attached to right
return. Interior partly altered, but retains open fireplace with
cambered chamfered lintel on stone jambs, deeply chamfered beam to
central former hall, former kitchen to north end has open fireplace
with flat lintel.
