Detached cottage. Datestone with initials: IT / 1700 / IB over door. Painted Flemish bond brick, tiled roof with ceramic ridge cresting, brick stack to left. Two storey, two window. C20 door to left with gabled porch, three two-light casements to right, one in blocked doorway. First floor has two two-light casements, Sun Insurance disc.Right return wall with some rubble stone, two-light casement. Left return has lean-to extension. Rear C20 two storey extension to left. Interior not accessible at time of survey (July 1986).
