5/49 Dovecote to south east of
Cadenham Manor
GV II
Dovecote, C17, rubble stone with stone slate roof, coped gables
with saddlestones and pyramid-capped lantern with weathervane.
Rectangular plan with two large cart-entries on west side. Timber
lintels and C20 double doors. Small openings in each gable, north
end low door. East side blocked door and two added raking
buttresses. Interior said to be lined with nesting boxes.
